This policy explains what information ryantdahlstrom.com collects, why, and what happens to it. The site is operated by Ryan T. Dahlstrom (“we”, “us”). Questions about it go to [email protected].
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the two forms on this site:
- The inquiry form (Contact page and home page): your name, location, phone number, email address, the program you pick and any information you add.
- The subscribe form (site footer): your email address.
When you submit a form we also record the date and time. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and arrange the work you ask about.
- To send the updates and insights you subscribed to. Every email lets you unsubscribe, and you can also ask us at [email protected].
We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Where it is kept and for how long
Form submissions are stored in the website’s database and sent to our email inbox. We keep inquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and any work that follows, and subscriber addresses until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Embedded content from other sites
Some pages show videos from YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode) and a map from Google Maps. These load from YouTube and Google, which may collect information and set cookies under their own privacy policies when you view or play them.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies for visitors. The embedded YouTube and Google Maps content described above may set their own.
Links to other sites
This site links to Ryan’s other ventures and to third-party sites. Each has its own privacy policy; this one covers ryantdahlstrom.com only.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Economic Area) you may have further rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
