Every venue, incident and matter is different. Engaging us for expert witness work, mitigation, consulting or any other service is done under a separate written agreement, and only that agreement sets out what we will do for you.<\/p>\n

Sending us an enquiry does not mean we have agreed to act for you, and it is not confidential in the way a communication with an instructed expert would be.
